Wheat flour, water, yeast, salt and Italian EVOO, create a soft dough requiring a long
processing: from 5 to 8 hours depending on the size of the dough itself.
This traditional dough
rises slowly, creating a small and widespread sponginess that makes the crumb extremely light and easy to digest.
Genuine and tasty fillings enrich our schiacciata’s flavor. The conveniently stuffed schiacciatas are the result of a careful selection of the filling ingredients. Each ingredient – from tomatoes to veggies – it’s expertly cooked and seasoned to add even more taste to our breaks during the day.
